Study Shows Test Anxiety And Scores Improve With EFT

Staffordshire University professor Elizabeth Boath and her colleagues have carried out a study examining the relationship between EFT anxiety levels in 52 college students.  The group was assessed at the start of the study and then eight weeks later.  The study found that anxiety among the students that used EFT were greatly reduced than those that didn’t; the study also found their test scores to be higher.

Consistent with other randomised studies, this reinforces my love for EFT and shows it’s versatility.  Read the study here, and my previous post on EFT here.  If you are interested in EFT, find out what I offer myself on my website.

EFT and Matrix Reimprinting

Hi all,

Further to my last blog on feelings buried alive I thought I would this week look at my love for EFT & MR.

I love EFT and Matrix Reimprinting because in my opinion it fills the void that other therapies don’t. I see profound releases of these “feelings and traumas buried alive” followed by significant awareness and growth amongst my clients every day.

EFT works on several of the acupressure points around the upper body, hands and fingers; while focusing on thoughts, emotions and physical sensation that arise during our times of distress.

Matrix Reimprinting is the perfect compliment to EFT.  With Matrix Reimprinting we work with the ECHO.
The ECHO – some would call this the inner child. The ECHO is the younger part of you that is still hurting and stuck in the past with the past hurts, stress and trauma.  We work with the ECHO releasing it of it’s hurts and pain-  allowing the client greater freedom and growth  At the same time putting it a stop to the negative core beliefs and repeated destructive behaviour patterns.

EFT and Matrix Reimprinting offer relief from a number things including:

Anxiety| Stress | Phobias| Allergies | Low Self Esteem | Anger| Abundance | Weight Loss | Business and Career Goals | Depression | PTSD |Sexual Abuse | Relationship Issues | Pain Management |

These are only some of the areas EFT and Matrix Reimprinting can help.  If you would like to know more contact me at susan@mindingthesoul.co.uk.

New Mindfulness Meditation Course Coming Soon

Mindfulness Meditation is an ancient Buddhist practice.  Today Mindfulness Meditation holds as much relevance as it did at it’s inception.  In today’s world Mindfulness Meditation is powerful and life enhancing way to increase awareness, enjoyment, boast concentration,  reduce stress and depression, and deal with work related anxiety to name but a few things.

On a physical level Mindfulness Meditation has also been proven to improve the immune system and reduce blood pressure in studies such as this one.  I will be starting an eight week Mindfulness Meditation course, running from Saturday the 25th May.  This would be run from Rochester, Kent.

Within the 8 week course I will provide a framework which allows the life-changing benefits of meditation to be assimilated and practiced in a way that can lead to lasting well-being, enhanced health and expanded consciousness.  Mindfulness Meditation is practiced by people with different faiths or no faith at all.
