Coming Next Week: The Mindfulness Challenge

Mindfulness is important to me, I try to live my life by it and can tell in my mood and state when I haven’t been.  Mindfulness allows us to be aware of the world around us on a much greater level and to respond to situations rather than react to them.

I extol the virtues of Mindfulness to those I meet in all areas of my life and have decided to bring Mindfulness to as many people as I can by running a small series called The Mindfulness Challenge next week.  I want to show the benefits of Mindfulness and help even more people to find and benefit from it.

I welcome you to take part in this journey and learn more about Mindfulness, or just to enjoy the experience even further if you already have Mindfulness in your life.

Find out more about Mindfulness here.

Love and blessings,

Susan xx

Soul Plan Series: #22 Completion and Accomplishment

We are here at the last day of the Soul  Plan series.  It has been enjoyable and insightful  to look across the various elements of the Soul Plan, looking at what they mean and have to teach us.  Fittingly today’s symbol is Completion and Accomplishment.  There are things many of us seek to complete and enjoy from the smallest task to the biggest dream.

Once something has been completed or accomplished we often feel satisfaction.  An important part of reaching this however is versatility and openness.  The ability to adapt as situations change whilst staying true to your vision is important.  Equally it can be easy to get tunnel vision in the pursuit of your desire, an openness to at least considering new ideas is a valuable skill.

If this features in your Soul Plan as a strength you will be good at this and successful in completing what you set your mind to.  If it is a challenge however you may be stuck in your ways or find completion difficult.  If you feel this topic has a special relevance to you and you’d like to find out more click here.  I will also be launching a competition tomorrow with the prize of a free Soul Plan Lite reading.

Soul Plan Series: #21 Endurance

The penultimate part of the Soul Plan  series looks at Endurance.  True strength is the strength to continue, to begin the process and stick with it.  This is important in all our lives for achieving some of the most important things to us, whether they be worldly or spiritual.

This strength is within us, nurtured by our own tenacity.  In the marathon of endurance in the path of our goals however extra strength and refreshment can be found from our friends and our families.  Extra strength also comes from our beliefs and the reassurances they provide us with.  Do you want to know if this is part of your Soul Plan?  Find out more here.  On Friday there will be the prize of a free Soul Plan Lite reading available.

Soul Plan Series: #19 Philanthropy in All Forms

In today’s society Philanthropy has come to be associated with donations of money by the rich to charities.  Philanthropy however can be the gift of anything by anyone to anybody.  The gift of giving is one of the greatest things we can do for anyone.

Some of the greatest gifts we can give are our support, breathing space, laughter or even just a hug.  Giving people comfort, support and the space to recuperate give people the ability and the strength to live their lives as they are meant to.  If this is in your Soul Plan you may be especially good at giving these gifts.  If it is a challenge for you however you may need to give yourself the gifts.  Give yourself space to recover and grow free from criticism, be it others or your own.  Let yourself laugh and find enjoyment in your life.

If you would like to learn more click here.  On Sunday I will be at The WI Hall, Kennington, Ashford Kent with Just YouMe Events giving Soul Plan Lite readings, find out more here.

Soul Plan Series: #18 Finality and Solution

We’ve all seen it, that TV show that just wouldn’t stop or the movie with 20 sequels.  Knowing when to stop and when something should end is a strength.  This ability to know when to continue or stop is also pivotal to developing solutions.

The 18th symbol of the Soul Plan is about achieving goals and following Spirit.  A sense of finality and an awareness of time are essential in how we plan and achieve our goals.  It can help us prioritise and establish the winning formula for what we have our heart set on.  This is true of the physical world and especially true of the spiritual world.

Our ability to visualise what we want and know how to achieve it are essential to achieving the spiritual aspirations we have whether they be to seek healing or expand our own consciousness   If this appears in your Soul Plan you either have a talent for pursuing your goals or find this something hard to do.  If this sounds like you a Soul Plan reading can help you learn how to overcome your challenge or help you focus your talent on your goals and Soul destiny.  If you are curious, find out more here.

This Sunday I will at Just YouMe Events’ afternoon at The WI Hall, Kennington, Ashford, Kent doing Soul Plan Lite readings.  It would be lovely to see you.

The Soul Plan Series: #17 Speech and Emphasis

Today’s Soul Plan symbol relates to Speech and Emphasis. If this symbol is in your Soul Plan it relates to the way you express yourself, good or bad. Beyond this it has a spiritual level. People with symbol in their charts will often express important spiritual truths and messages such as the Word of God and concepts such as Universal Brotherhood.

The Soul Plan Series: #16 Spiritual Energies Relating to Earth

A grounded and authentic approach to life is an important part of how we get along with it and other people. As with all things there is a balance between being too grounded and having no sense of grounding at all, authenticity however is something to always strive for. In this way the 16th image of the Soul Plan is Spiritual Energies relating to Earth.   When we find we live authentically and find a balance in our grounding our relation to others improves dramatically.

This symbol is an example of how the Soul Plan looks at both elements of our life.  Our spiritual existence and our earthly existence.  Both are inter-linked and the challenges and talents in both are crucial to achieving our soul destinies.  Do you feel this relates to you on a deeper level, good or bad?  Find out more about Soul Plan reading here.

The Soul Plan Series: #15 Soul Inspiration and Equanimity

The fifteenth symbol of the Soul Plan is Soul Inspiration and Equanimity.  People who have this is their Soul Plan chart will find spiritual inspiration, the spiritual journey and a centered approach a much bigger factor in the way they live their life than most.

If it appears as a challenge then the acquisition of a calmer, more even and centered approach might be a crucial tool you need to master in order to go on and achieve your soul destiny.  If it is a talent you possess however you are likely to find a centered approach easy and have an interest in developing your own spiritual journey.  Your own centered state might also help those around you to feel calmer.

Whether a strength or a talent, if the symbol for Soul Inspiration and Equanimity appears in your Soul Plan it is an essential part of achieving your own Soul destiny.  To find out more about if this appears in your Soul Plan and what it could mean click here.

The Soul Plan Series: #14 Soul Reflection

Reflection is an important part of mindful and spiritual living. It lets us reflect impartially on ourselves, events we have been part of or witnessed. This reflection can help us notice if we become too intense, or the reverse and help us observe what may be alluding us. It can also reveal new aspects of our nature to us, whether they be a personality trait or a psychic ability. Reflection is a gift available to us all but if it appears in your Soul Plan it will have special relevance to you. Find out about your Soul Plan here.
